Member Starting Hourly Wage: $14-$18/hr

Support the care, presentation, and inventory of perennial plants while providing knowledgeable customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities: Stock and maintain retail-ready perennial plants | Daily watering and plant health monitoring | Scout for pests or disease and report concerns | Deadhead, prune, label, and restock plants as needed | Assist customers with plant questions in a friendly manner
Requirements: Basic knowledge of perennial plants | Physically active role with walking, standing, bending, and lifting

Work Environment: Indoor/outdoor greenhouse setting | Exposure to varying temperatures Standing, lifting, bending throughout shifts
