Workforce issues continue to be a hot button topic for our members. From recruiting, hiring and retention issues, to training and development you would be hard-pressed to find a business owner or manager within our membership who isn't challenges by these issues daily.

That's why we're thrilled to have Mark Tyler joining us for our next member meeting. As a respected leader on workforce development issues, we know you'll want to hear his philosophies and long term solutions for our region's workforce needs.

Mark will share his "Perspectives on Workforce Development," where he'll underscore the critical need to invest in the future workforce today. He's been on the frontlines of this issue in Wisconsin since the 1980s. As President of OEM Fabricators, Inc. in Woodville, board member and past president of the Wisconsin Technical College System, board member of Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, statutory member of the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents and chair of the Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment, he brings an overarching perspective and broad viewpoint to solving our region’s workforce issues.
