May Member Meeting: Navigating Generational Differences in the Workplace

For the first time in our industrial history, the workforce has five different generations working at the same time. This unique time in our labor market is sometimes challenging to navigate.

Join us as Dan Lytle, Chippewa Valley Technical College, presents, "Navigating Generational Differences in the Workplace". Using both unique anecdotal experiences combined with objective research and data, Dan will guide us in exploring the current state of all five generations and help us better understand the state of the existing workforce and how to maximize its output.
