DESCRIPTION:Child care is an economic driver for communities. However\, many Wisconsin communities\, including Ellsworth\, face shortages of high-quality child care. This shortage negatively impacts area families and businesses in many ways.\n\n\n\nTo help address this challenge\, stakeholders from across the St. Croix Valley have joined forces to apply for the Dream Up! grant. Dream Up! grants will offer $8.1 million to directly support 30 communities and child care programs around Wisconsin over the next two years.\n\n\n\nJoin us as Rick Bonlender\, representing the St. Croix Valley Dream Up! Core Committee\, shares more about our area's child care challenges.
